With nearly a sold out event at The Howard Theatre, The God MC, Rakim took over the venue reminding his fans where hip-hop came from. At 48 years of age, Rakim is still grinding and touring. Chalking up another successful event in Washington DC while on his “Paid in Full Tour”, Rakim is still showing his fans mad love by taking the time to greet them all, sign autographs and take quick selfies. When he grabs the mic, it’s clear why they call him the “God MC;” after all these years, he still moves the crowd.
