In today’s landscape, started rapping two months ago doesn’t hold as much stigma as it once did. Artists like Trinidad James–for example–seemingly pop up overnight having only a scant amount of content under their belt, yet shoot to super stardom. That’s the frame of mind with which we approached unsigned artist Xcoldshoota–a 17-year-old rapper from Dallas, Texas who has just started recently. He has recently found success on SoundCloud for his singles “Everything Original” and “The Beginning,” with a style that has been compared to Madeintyo who rapped “Uber Everywhere.” Xcoldshoota plans to put out a mixtape by Spring of 2017. He has a few singles that he will be releasing singles very soon.
