Delaware-native Paula Johnson–who currently lives in Texas–has writing in her blood. Since the young age of 12 she had her first poem published, she’s been destined to share her gift. At the age of 25, she published a children’s book–amidst her decision to take music seriously. Once the decision was made, she couldn’t get it out of her system. Performing locally. Surrounded by other artists and musicians, she began to refine her gift–and understand her eclectic [and gorgeous] vocal style.
Her music is a reflection of her positive and outgoing personality. She tells stories and serves to inspire love and bring hope. Some of her bigger influences are Yolanda Adams and Jill Scott.
