Producer and rapper, Hawk, is the self-professed king of “Ghost Trap.” Rightfully so, his whole vibe is ghostly; his images have a horror movie aesthetic, and he has very little biographical information available. His latest project, “Edgar Allen Poe: The Invisible Boy” is the first in a series of projects. It’s a haunting collection of bassy, dark hip-hop. Hawk, though, has noted that after this project he’ll be going underground for a while. As he says in the description of the album: “Follow the Twitter. I’m gone.”
How’s that for mysterious?
For now, check out the album below, and if you’re feeling the production, get at him, because he has beats for sale!
