Tory Lanez – Controlla
It’s not easy to take remix somebody else’s song and make it ten times better, especially when that song belongs to Drake. Lanez bodies his version of “Controlla” even adopting an island flair to his vocals. Everything about this song is mind blowing. Point. Blank. Period.

Marvin Dark – Demonstrate
19-year-old R&B singer Marvin Dark presents to us “Demonstrate” a song that easily could be mistaken for a J Biebs single ( and we mean that in the absolute best way). Dark’s voice possess a boyish charm that’s not often found amongst “grown and sexy” R&B singles, but somehow he makes it work to his advantage.
Ras Beats – Knowledge Of Self ft O.C & Elzhi
“Knowledge of Self” can be found on Control Your Own, Ras Beats latest project dropping July 19th. It’s a nice reminder of what true “Rap/Hip-Hop” can sound like in 2016. Ras Beats skips the bubblegum fluff we’re so used to listening to and dives right in delivering us a gritty attitude with thought provoking rhymes.
Coco O. – Day
“Day” is the perfect mixture of sultriness, jazz, and soul. Coco allows her vocals to dance gently around the sounds of the saxophone. “Day” is the soundtrack for summer thunderstorms. And did we mention that she reminds us of Sade? So that’s an automatic win in our book.
Denetiaandsene – Olive
“Olive” is funk done right in 2016. Spacey vocals, keyboards, and guitars all come together for the greater good of music and give us a song that in 20 years we’ll be grooving out to at summer BBQ’s. Denetia and Sene are a super-duo that shows no sign of slowing down with this track.
