Earl Allen–also known as Adamant–was born and raised in Hammond Indiana. “Making music is my passion, along with working with juveniles in a residential center,” Adamant told AAHH. The way he tells it, he’s on a mission to make music with ‘substance.’ “I believe my music can help people going through hard times to overcome hardship, while also making them experience more joyful when going through good times, as well. Talking the talk and walking the walk are two different things; Adamant, whose name is defined as “refusing to be persuaded or to change one’s mind,” seems to be doing the latter.
His latest record, “Make It Ok,” is a song full of motivational chops, a buttery chorus, and an optimistic asthetic. Check out the piano-driven record below
