Edmonton, Alberta (Canada) based rapper Samson Brown is an inspiring young 20-year-old artist; having immigrated from Ghana as a child, his message of being true to yourself and following your dreams is infectious–and revered–by his growing fanbase. “I do this so that people can see if you go for your dream and work hard it can become reality.” Samson has been doing just that, making and selling mixtapes since the young age of 14, he’s honed his craft, and is currently working on his newest–and best–album, which should be available soon.
He’s quick to point to Tupac as one of his idols; he only hopes that his messages too will–much like the late great rapper–change music with lyrical vision and bring hope for the upcoming generation. “Tupac inspired me to [bravely] go for the unseen.”
