Yellow Cloud & FHTMG Drop “IBFG” Visual

Their latest collaboration is a trippy slice of Hip Hop goodness.

DMV camps Yellow Cloud (AAHH mainstays) and Forest Hills Tenleytown Music Group (FHTMG), have once again connected for their brand new banger, “IBFG,” which they’ve dropped off with a dope new video that we’ve been bumping on repeat all day.

Over the bouncy instrumental with its lo-fi sample and booming bass, Treezus (of Yellow Cloud) and Abu Rahss trade some dope wordplay, and braggadocios Hip Hop shit! The Treelag-produced visual treatment maintains an intriguing super eight camera aesthetic with its glitchy transitions and sporadic effects that almost feel like a malfunctioning security camera. The Handycam aura gives it a really dope vibe.

“I been feeling good, I been feeling great,” the chorus echoes before adding that they’ve been chilling and smoking backwoods. The overall “living my best life” schtick is infectious; it creates an earworm that begs for playlist placement.

Check out the visual, above.

Mr. P Chill Put Love Over BS On ”Where Do We Go”

Longtime AAHIPHOP support MC Mr. P Chill releases an inspiringly powerful new record titled ”Where Do We Go,” a song that rhetorically ponders where society — in its current broken iteration — goes next. Over an airy instrumental, the vet drops bars packed with hard truths and poignant food for thought.

The song’s visual treatment follows P Chill through scenes accented by trains and retrospective solitude, capturing the song’s aesthetic perfectly. Whether an answer for the world’s seeming devolvement into a state of World Star Hip Hop-esque ignorance is love, the MC wears his views (particularly on the current administration and the country’s ”fearless” leader) on his sleeve.

Hip Hop as a voice of change — refreshingly back to basics. Check out Mr. P Chill’s ”Where Do We Go” above.

East Coast representer P 80 returns with a new single dubbed, “Smooth Ish”.  Produced by Grammy Award winning and RIAA Platinum producer Omen, who produced Drake’s “Shut It Down” and Lil Wayne’s “I’m Single,” this sonically dark East Coast track carries a mellow vibe as P 80 effortlessly rhymes with a monotone flow on the track.

“Me and Omen made the beat together a few years ago. When I made the song I didn’t really like it but Omen did and he kinda pressed me to put it on tha EP,” P 80 explained. “After we put out the EP, I realized that a lot of people fu**ed with it so we shot the vid for it with Xash.”

The visual follows up P 80’s previous release “For You” ft. Selina Carrera, which earned P 80 critical acclaim from over 30 blog sites including Daily-HipHop, Siccness, HipHopEnquirer, Tent-TV and more.

With Summer around the corner P 80 is focused on the essentials in life right now; creating and chasing after the all-mighty dollar.

“My plans for the Summer is to keep creating and save my paper. Try to stay focused and inspired,” P 80 explained.
