South Florida-based SoulFlo has been making some crazy noise as of late; a six-piece band with a true love of live vs. pre-recorded instrumentation, they focus on working with R&B and hip-hop artists in and around Miami. Most recently, they tore down Sidebar Miami with platinum selling artist Mystikal, ripping through a healthy selection of his hit records.
This weekend, Tilted Globe–a provider of secure data streams and management tools which enable producers to comply with royalty and equity contracts– are teaming up with SoulFlo to present “A Tru Thanksgiving Fest” Haiti Relief Effort. SoulFlo will be rocking alongside R&B sensation Lloyd, who will performing all of his hit records, including hsi latest record, “Tru”–produced by J.U.S.T.I.C.E. League. The money raised will be going to Hope for Haiti, which [over 27 years] has provided over $100 million in monetary support and Gift-In-Kind services to the Haitian people in the areas of education, nutrition and healthcare and community development.
