Oakland California has always been a hotbed of homegrown talent; from Too Short to Mista F.A.B. O-town has its share of legends. Trigue is a new voice hailing from the city. After having moved to Fresno, California, as a teen, he quickly learned that the hood is the hood no matter where you are on the map.
His love for music is deeper than most artists. Trigue played in the high school band where as most kids from the hood aspired to be on the field playing football. He quickly developed his sound and style once stepping into the studio and realizing that his voice was the most powerful instrument he could ever play for people.
His latest single/video “Ever Since” featuring Lowe, is featured on “Loyalty Before Royalty,” a compilation album which is out now via Rebel Entertainment which also features joints from other popular west coast acts such as Diego Redd, Misstory, ThatNiggaSaint, Pookey & more.
