A former athlete who gave up a budding basketball career to pursue his career in the music, rapper/singer Mistro is balancing the thin line of R&B and Rap. He’s been writing and performing since childhood –winning various accolades and awards for his songwriting. Today, he’s on the fast track with a fresh new record, “New Wave,” produced by the sought after DopeBoiBeatz, responsible for Bryson Tiller’s breakout hit, “Don’t.” The song is just a glimpse at what listeners can expect from his EP, Songs 4 Women, which is due to hit the net this month.
The CEO of his record label Sucka Free Music, Mistro is also playfully hinting that another new single, “Summer Time,” will be leaking sooner than later.
