Baton Rouge, Louisiana, is home to a handful of super-worthy artists, like Webbie, Boosie Badass and the infamous [booty eating] Kevin Gates–who never sleeps. Lil’ 627, a 27-year-old native of the city is looking to add his name to that list. “I’m an artist who tries to make different music, and create my [own] lane,” he says when asked about his unique contribution to the game.
