22-year old Jay Jefe–born in Mount Vernon, NY–released his freshman mixtape, JEFE The Mixtape, six short months ago, and has been on the grind ever since. His latest single, “Space,” is a fresh take on the topic of relationships, with a slow-flow bassy beat that would perfectly fit artists like Bryson Tiller. The song features his right hand, WillKane, and EBM artist Phil Ade, who has been making some noise as of late, working with artists like the Toronto wonder kid Jazz Cartier and R&B phenom Eric Bellanger. The song has a crazy vibe to it — and is more than worth a spin.
