Bronx Rapper Jo-Bread Drops First Single Of 2018

New mixtapes are on the way!

Bronx rapper Jo-Bread has been on the come up for a number of years now; with New York City on a new up rise, he’s poised for great things. His new record “Dream About It,” the first taste of his upcoming project Our Daily Bread Pt. 2. Currently playing on radio across the east coast, it displays the confidence of an artist who has most certainly been here before, over a dreamy trap vibe built for riding out to after dark with the windows down.

Our Daily Bread Pt. 1 & 2 are slated to release at the same time next month, and are poised to show the music industry what he is made of.

Jo has been on our radar since “Sawse,” which dropped a few years back. He’s more than ready — with a ton of hometown looks and a great catalog of tracks under his belt, dating back to 2013’s 4EVA ME and 2015’s 88 KEYZ.

Check out the new single, below, and stay tuned to Jo-Bread and the whole BREADGVNG.

J Nyce Makes His Debut With “CICI”

“Mainstream. Mainstream. Mainstream.”

Carolina-born and Atlanta-finessed J Nyce, known to his closest friends and family as Jake is quick to denote that he isn’t just another rapper. “I’m anything my artistic ability allows for me to be,”
He clarified to AAHH. “I do love to sing more than rap I think.”

A newcomer (seriously—his debut was last week), his music comes from his life experiences. “Pain, happiness, anger, shame, love, and hate are all emotions that I harness and let flow through my pen,” he says. “I write my music for a reason … with a direction in mind.”

“I want you to feel something,” he continues. “I know that if I shed tears writing my new single, ‘CICI’ others would feel that same love. So I’m a true artist. I’m a real artist. And I’m changing the world.”

Though this is his debut, he’s been making music for years. “I started rapping when Nas came out with “Ether,” he says. He got his chops in high school cyphers battling for respect. “I guess that’s why I’m so big on lyrical content and being able to perform,” he notes.

“My Mom and Dad used to always sing,” he says discussing his earlier influences. “I remember times of seeing my Mom sing at wedding receptions and different gatherings, not knowing that those were occasions that subconsciously affected my drive to want to be on the mic and in front of a crowd till now.“

“I came here for a reason. I’ve always had dreams of being an awesome entertainer. So here I am.”

“I’m currently working on my debut EP,”
He says proudly. “I’m working on becoming a household name like all of the greats. And I’m well on my way!”

To date, he’s opened shows for the likes of Project Pat. “I’ve been all over the country touring, destroying mics, and making lifelong friends and fans,” he says. “Recently partnering up with one of the greatest engineers I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with, Andre Moss(Up Some More Studios), I was able to produce one of the best songs I’ve ever heard, “CiCi.”

His goals in the game? “Mainstream. Mainstream. Mainstream.”

“More tours, full radio rotation, a collab with Lil Wayne, and alot of business building,” he says. Stay tuned.

YouTube Star King Kenny Rescues His Brother In Violent New Visual

King Kenny, a YouTube vlogger, prankster—and rapper—from the UK has been serving up content since he was just 13. Over…

King Kenny, a YouTube vlogger, prankster—and rapper—from the UK has been serving up content since he was just 13. Over the past seven years, he’s managed to push his subscriber count on YouTube to well over 600k members of what he refers to as the ‘King Kenny Family.’

That’s no small feat. As a spitter, he occasionally uploads diss tracks aimed at his detractors on both his channel and SoundCloud, with plans to release a lot more original songs as time goes on. His YouTube presence is incredibly strong, making it very easy to transitiom from basic vlogging to launching his music career into the right direction, all but assuring spins from his built in following.

Smart!

His latest release came from an unsuspecting source of inspiration: his little brother’s kidnaping. Full disclosure, it was in fact a prank, which according to Kenny, was rebuttal to the numerous pranks that he’s put his little brother through over the years. Relieved that the $20,000 ransom—which he impressively came up with within an hour—wasn’t going to exchanges for his brother’s freedom, he quickly realized how far he’d go for his brother.

The resulting spark of Inspiration was a track aimed squarely at would-be kidnapers, and a music video that plays out like a live action video game—complete with an unreal arsenal of weapons. In the high quality affair, which he’s also released with a behind the scenes, Kenny infiltrates the compound where his brother was taken and mercilessly slaughters everyone involved.

Bar for bar, the delivery and wordplay are solid, and the production makes the track pop. The visual just takes everything to the next level. It’s definitely an entertaining watch. Check out the video below, and join Kenny’s family by subscribing to his channel!
