Blackmoon Live In The DMV

Brothers who Lyrically Act and Combine Kickin’ Music Out On Nations; Without Blackmoon emerging on the Hip Hop scene, Hip Hop would not be what it is today — and underground hip-hop would never had seen the light of day. These influential brothers will forever be relevant to hip-hop and its culture. Having them bless the DMV in Springfield was definitely one of the highlights of my photography career. Dropping jewels like “How many MC’s,” “Who Got The Props,” “Buck Em Down,” and “I Got Cha Opin” had true Hip Hop fans nodding their heads.

Furthermore, having a moment to sit with Buckshot and learn about how he’s paying homage to the some of the greats of hip-hop was more than interesting. Check out www.trplthreat.com for some of the illest styles in Hip Hop footwear. All in all, seeing these brothers rock the mic again was a one of the coolest reminders of what hip-hop was/is, and how it should be carried out.
