Xleoniduz is a very strategically particular artist — even the fact that his name is spelled in all lowercase shows how concerned he is with his overall brand. He appeared on our site a few weeks ago when we interviewed him; he’s relatively fresh, but already he’s worked with buzzing producer Icy Twat, whose part of the LA Reid backed Divine Council. His album Sin Paradise is in the works, but he’s continued to drop gems in anticipation.
His latest song/visual, Pace Park Freestyle, is a well-structured, bar heavy black and white walk through the park. With a healthy balance of braggadocious wordplay and true school appeal, it’s fresh and vintage all in one go. Recommended listen.
