Chicago MC, ReUp Ty is teaming up with hometown producer, James Cagne, for the nine-song LP Cagsistency — set to drop in 2019. The first release from Ty this year, they’ve dropped a dark, engaging visual for the projects first single, “All I Need.”
Filmed from the perspective of Ty — who is about to pull off a robbery — the video teases a rather intense backstory, that will likely be revealed completely as we close into the actual project release. There was also a teaser that dropped a few months back that teased some of the same establishing shots, without letting the cat out the bag. Whatever it is, it’s cinematic, and we’re here for it.
James tells AAHH that they are dropping another teaser titled “Nothing To Lose” in the coming weeks. Stay tuned.
