80’s graffiti artist – featured in the film Style Wars – turned drug dealer, turned DJ. DJ Kay Slay is arguable one of the most prominent/notable mixtape DJ’s in hip-hop history. He’s responsible for introducing us to the likes of Papoose, and has dropped more tapes than we can possibly mention here. Today he released his latest project The Original Man. The (free) hoody season soundtrack boasts features from anyone who means anything in the mixtape scene – Papoose, Raekwon, Maino, French Montana, Fred The Godson, and so on. Long live the Drama King.
