Mac Miller’s “Cinderella” Leads TikTok’s 2026 Songs of the Summer in Canada
Mac Miller’s “Cinderella” is the most popular song on TikTok Canada’s 2026 Songs of the Summer list, a decade after the track first appeared on his album The Divine Feminine.
The Ty Dolla $ign collaboration leads TikTok’s Canadian top 10 for the summer. The list also includes songs by Drake, Miguel and Malcolm Todd.
“Cinderella” was released in 2016 as part of The Divine Feminine, Miller’s fourth studio album. The song’s renewed visibility shows how TikTok can move catalogue music back into the centre of the conversation years after its original release.
The Canadian result is also a reminder that a song’s second life does not always follow its original release cycle. Tracks can return through clips, fan edits, dance videos and other forms of user-created content, exposing them to listeners who may not have encountered them when they first came out.
