Jhené Aiko has shared “Ark to Agartha,” billed as part one of a Westside Whimsy saga.

The visual arrives alongside Westside Whimsy, Aiko’s first full-length studio album since 2020’s Chilombo. The 20-track project is rooted in Los Angeles and West Coast culture, with guest appearances from Kendrick Lamar, Larry June, Ab-Soul, Tyga and OHMA.

Aiko has described the record as being shaped by ’90s music, California car culture, surfing, beach life and road trips. That makes “Ark to Agartha” feel less like a standalone clip and more like an extension of the larger world she is building around the album.

Westside Whimsy is out now via ALLEL, Artclub and Def Jam Recordings.
