Sean Kingston and his mother, Janice Turner, have recently been thrust into the spotlight after authorities raided Kingston’s Florida mansion. The raid stems from a lawsuit filed by Ver Ver Entertainment LLC, which accuses Kingston of failing to honor a contract to create promotional videos with Justin Bieber in exchange for a $150,000 entertainment system. According to Ver Ver Entertainment, Kingston still has the system but hasn’t paid for it in full.
During the raid, Turner was taken into custody while Kingston was not at the residence. Later, Kingston was arrested at a concert in California on charges of fraud and theft. Turner’s mugshot quickly surfaced online, eliciting a wave of reactions on social media.
Adding fuel to the fire, rapper The Game, who has in the past publicly feuded with Kingston in connection to robbery and subsequent beef with rapper Meek Mill, commented on a post by No Jumper, saying, “Unmmm… aite, I’m out.”
