Hip-hop mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs is facing a new lawsuit from a woman named Adria English, who claims the rapper “groomed” her into sex trafficking after meeting him in 2004. According to TMZ, English’s then-boyfriend was auditioning for a modeling job with Diddy’s Sean John clothing line when the rapper allegedly asked the man and another model to perform oral sex on him in exchange for the position. English says her partner refused the request.
English states that Diddy later offered her boyfriend another chance at the job if she worked as a dancer at one of his white parties in the Hamptons later that year, which she accepted.
TMZ shared a photo appearing to show English at the iconic event. After the party went smoothly, English claims Diddy continued to invite her to more gatherings, where he asked her to flirt with guests and drink laced alcoholic beverages.
English alleges that Diddy eventually demanded she have “forced sexual intercourse” with jeweler Jacob Arabov. She also claims several other unnamed individuals sexually assaulted her during her time with the Bad Boy Records founder. Additionally, English is suing Tamiko Thomas, whom she likens to Ghislaine Maxwell, Jeffrey Epstein’s accomplice, alleging that Thomas organized the sex trafficking operation. The amount English is seeking in damages is undisclosed, but she cites emotional trauma, intimacy issues, and painful memories, among other concerns.
