Pusha T made headlines when he cut ties with G.O.O.D. Music and distanced himself from Ye (formerly Kanye West) in late 2022.
In a recent interview with GQ, Pusha T discussed his falling out with Ye, stating, “He knows I don’t think he’s a man.” The rapper criticized Ye for his behavior and controversial statements, highlighting their strained relationship.
Pusha T also shared that Ye is aware of his true feelings towards him, saying, “He knows what I really, really think of him. He’s showed me the weakest sides of him, and he knows how I think of weak people.”
Ye recently expressed his desire to mend their friendship. Despite this, he will not be featured on Pusha T’s upcoming album, Let God Sort Em Out, which is set to be released on July 11.
The album faced opposition from Def Jam over a verse from Kendrick Lamar, with the label wanting it removed. Pusha T stood his ground and ultimately parted ways with the legendary imprint, opting to distribute the album through Roc Nation instead.
