Ty Dolla Sign announced an August listening event for Vultures in South Korea. The album, a collaboration with Kanye West, was intended to be the first in a trilogy, but fans have been left waiting for a follow-up.

Despite the delay, Ty Dolla Sign remains optimistic about the project, recently revealing in a Billboard interview that he and West have “all the songs” and are focused on elevating the sound beyond their first album. “Certain people will probably expect you to just do the same exact sound. But that sound’s already out,” he said.

In a separate interview with NFR Podcast, the singer hinted that the album is nearly complete and could drop at any moment. However, given past disappointments and missed release dates, fans are approaching the news with cautious optimism.

Ty Dolla Sign also addressed his relationship with West, who has faced controversies in recent years. “Ye is the best artist of this generation, besides me, and I don’t give a f**k about what people were talking about,” he stated.

The Vultures listening event is set to take place in South Korea on Friday, August 23.
