A prominent attorney announced Tuesday that he’s representing 120 individuals who allege sexual misconduct by hip-hop mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs, who is currently facing sex trafficking charges.

Tony Buzbee, a Houston-based lawyer, stated that lawsuits are expected to be filed within a month, primarily in New York and Los Angeles. The accusers reportedly include an equal number of males and females, with approximately 20% being minors at the time of the alleged incidents. Buzbee indicated that the accusations span over three decades, from the early 1990s to the present year.

During a press conference, Buzbee emphasized the severity of the allegations, stating that such behavior should not be tolerated anywhere. He revealed that his firm had been contacted by over 3,000 individuals claiming to be victims, but after thorough vetting, they chose to represent 120 cases.

In response, Combs’ legal representative dismissed the allegations as unfounded, asserting that the musician categorically denies any claims of sexual abuse, particularly involving minors.

Buzbee outlined that the alleged misconduct primarily occurred at social gatherings where drinks were reportedly tampered with, and during industry auditions where aspiring artists were allegedly exploited with promises of career advancement.

Combs, 54, is currently incarcerated in Brooklyn following his not guilty plea to federal racketeering and sex trafficking charges in mid-September. Prosecutors accuse him of using his industry influence to manipulate victims into compromising situations.

The music mogul, known for founding Bad Boy Records and collaborating with numerous high-profile artists, has faced previous lawsuits alleging sexual assault. Combs has consistently maintained his innocence and intends to defend himself in court.

Buzbee, who previously represented accusers in a high-profile case against NFL quarterback Deshaun Watson, stated that some of his clients have been in contact with federal authorities regarding their allegations against Combs.

As this legal situation unfolds, it’s important to note that these remain allegations, and the judicial process will determine their validity.
